We provide dry lining and plasterboarding services for homes, refurbishments, commercial interiors, extensions and development projects.
Dry lining and plasterboarding offers a fast, effective way to create new walls, linings and ceilings without the need for wet plastering as a separate process. We carry out dry lining for domestic, commercial and development projects across a range of board types and specifications.
Dry lining is widely used on new build sites for speed and finish quality. We work to programme alongside other trades.
Re-lining walls, replacing deteriorated plaster with board, adding new partitions or updating internal layouts.
Boarding and lining of extension walls and ceilings as part of a domestic or commercial extension project.
Office refits, retail fit-outs, school refurbishments and other commercial interior projects requiring dry lining or partitioning.
Dry lining packages for developer-led apartment projects, including fire and acoustic specifications where required.
Working with developers and builders on multi-unit development sites with consistent quality across all plots.
We review drawings, floor plans, partition layouts and board specifications to fully understand the scope — coordination requirements, service routes and junctions included.
We confirm the correct board types for each area — standard, moisture-resistant, fire-rated or acoustic — and agree the fixing method, thickness and delivery schedule.
Walls and partitions are set out accurately from drawings, allowing for the correct tolerance and ensuring future finishing trades have a square, level base to work from.
Boards are cut, fixed and installed to the required specification. Junction details, access boxes, reveals and service penetrations are all addressed during installation.
Joints are taped, filled and feathered to a smooth finish, or a full two-coat skim is applied to the board surface — depending on what the specification requires.
We check board level, flatness, joint finish and surface quality before signing off — any remedial work is completed before the area is handed over.
The completed area is cleaned, cleared and handed over to the next trade or end client in a ready condition — with documentation if required.
Tell us about your project — board type, specification, scope and timescale. We'll review the details and provide a clear written quotation.
