Find out how we handle enquiries, what information helps us provide an accurate quote, and what happens after you get in touch.
Start Your EnquiryThe more information you can share upfront, the more accurately we can assess your project, advise on the right system or approach, and provide a realistic written quote.
For smaller domestic jobs, a description and a few photos may be enough. For larger projects — commercial buildings, apartment blocks, full house renders or new build programmes — drawings, elevations, specifications or measurements help us provide a detailed and accurate response.
We do not provide vague verbal estimates based on limited information. We prefer to provide a proper written quote based on a genuine understanding of your project.
Use our contact form, email or call us with details about the work you need, the location and type of project. Tell us whether the project is domestic, commercial or contractor-led.
Attach photos of the property or area, any floor plans, elevations, drawings, tender documents or specifications. The more detail you can provide, the more accurate our assessment.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, we will either arrange a convenient site visit to assess the property in person, or review the information you have provided remotely.
We advise on the appropriate render system, plaster specification or EWI approach — based on the substrate, the property type, the budget and the performance requirement.
You receive a written quote covering the proposed works, materials, preparation scope, assumptions, exclusions and next steps.
Once the quote is approved, we agree start dates, access requirements, site preparation, programme and coordination with other trades where applicable.
We review your project details and any photos, drawings or specifications you have sent.
We respond to confirm receipt and advise on next steps — whether a site visit is needed or whether we can quote remotely.
We assess the substrate, access requirements, preparation needs, system suitability and any constraints or risks.
We prepare and send a written quotation covering scope, materials, preparation, assumptions, exclusions and price.
We are happy to answer questions about the quote, the materials, the process or the programme before you make a decision.
Once approved, we move to planning the delivery, programme, access and any site coordination needed.
